ChatTime launches low-cost international calling app for Android: iOS also available

If you have ever made an international call on your cell phone you are quite aware that every click of the call timer on the display of your phone signifies another chunk of change being drained from your bank account. This new app should help ease you back from bankruptcy with lower than the average call rates.



SmartRoam Pte Ltd. has released a new app for Android called ChatTime, the app is available for free at Google Play™ or at the Apple Appstore. The app allows users to make high-quality international voice calls to family and friends without needing Wi-Fi or 3G/LTE.

The potential cost per call saving is one thing, but the thing that really appeals to me about this is the fact that you can call anyone, where on other services you are limited to only people that are using the same app.
