ICS (Internal Computer Settings) contains many tweaks and tips relating to the taskbar, desktop, icons, memory, modem, Explorer, Program Manager, Registry, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, DOS, and more. The program is in a help file format and is a step-by-step walk through for the do-it-yourself tweaker.
Some of the tips are already well known but many are new.
The author indicates that this is a Win95 program but I am sure it will work under Win 98.
